Project Description
_Borromeo Square
In the heart of the authentic historic center of Milan, in Borromeo Square, on the vestiges of what was once imperial Milan, a fascinating designer penthouse.
The living area is separated from the kitchen by a sliding cylindrical glass capsule. The opaque glass and the curvilinear shape create a separation between the rooms which is deliberately not clear-cut. This gives the spaces their own importance without however abruptly interrupting the continuity between them, in a harmonious and not fragmented alternation.
From the kitchen you can enjoy the enchanting view of Piazza Borromeo and the Torre del Filarete of the Castello Sforzesco – a view of ancient Milan: a strong and proud city with centuries of history.
White dominates the walls of the entire apartment, but its glow is tempered by the bright colors of the furnishings. A red velvet sofa leads the arrangement of the other seats in the living room with armchairs in leather and fabric and with colors that stand out superbly in contrast to the whiteness of the walls.
